I love the mirror trend right now in wedding design. I’ve done a few seating charts, table numbers and menus. For Natasha & Tanner’s July Lincoln, Nebraska wedding, she wanted a beautiful welcome sign on a mirror.

Once in awhile a bride will apologize to me.

“I’m sorry I’m being too indecisive.”

“I’m sorry that I’ve asked for so many changes.’

“I’m sorry that my mom/parents/mother-in-law has asked to see so many versions.”

Your wedding reception is quickly approaching and your planner asks:

“How are you going to seat your guests?”

And if your like most couples, the answer to this question is:

“Huh?”

With invitations, I tend to see the whole picture and what I want to create from the beginning (most times). But I start with the invitation design. We gotta get that down perfect before I move on to the other pieces.

When you schedule a February wedding in Omaha, Nebraska, you know you’re taking a risk with the weather. It could be a beautiful 60 degree spring-like day, or you could find yourself in the middle of the biggest blizzard the city has seen in years.
