the website design proposal
CREATIVITY
EXPERTISE
Prepared for Michelle Hagan | CRDN & Lighthouse
You’re here because your website is ready for what’s next.
Maybe it no longer reflects the depth of your work. Maybe your initiatives have grown and the structure hasn’t kept up. Or perhaps it simply doesn’t communicate your impact as clearly and confidently as it should.
Wherever you are in that evolution — this proposal is your roadmap forward.
Inside, you’ll find my recommendations for creating a website that not only looks elevated, but functions as a strategic tool for your organization. We’ll cover the thinking behind the work, the process that guides it, what to expect along the way, and how we’ll bring it all to life together.
My goal is simple: to build a website that supports your mission, tells your story with clarity, and positions your organization for continued growth.
Take your time reviewing everything.
And if it feels aligned on your end, we’ll move forward and begin building something exceptional — together.
ABOUT DANA OSBORNE DESIGN
I partner with organizations in complex, high-stakes industries to create thoughtful, strategic digital experiences that reflect the level of trust they’ve earned and the responsibility they carry. My approach goes beyond aesthetics — I focus on building websites that communicate clearly, establish authority, and support long-term growth in moments when clarity and confidence matter most.
For this engagement, I will serve not only as your designer, but as a creative director and strategic partner, guiding key decisions around site structure, user experience, and brand positioning for both CRDN and Lighthouse. Each recommendation is intentionally crafted to reflect the distinct role each company plays — CRDN as the contents restoration authority, and Lighthouse as the one-call, full-service restoration partner — while ensuring both brands feel cohesive, credible, and built to scale.
Your websites should do more than explain services. They should reinforce trust, reduce uncertainty, and help homeowners, partners, and commercial clients immediately understand who to call and why. The goal is a digital presence that works as hard as your teams do in the field — clear, confident, and dependable when it matters most.

THE PROJECT - IBBG WEBSITE REDESIGN
CRDN and Lighthouse are seeking strategic website redesigns that clearly reflect each company’s distinct role within the restoration process while strengthening overall market presence and trust. The goal is to create digital experiences that communicate authority, responsiveness, and care — ensuring both brands are immediately understood as leaders in their respective areas of expertise.
This engagement goes beyond a visual refresh. It includes a thoughtful restructuring of site architecture, user experience, and content hierarchy to support clarity in high-stress situations, improve conversion, and allow each website to scale alongside continued business growth.
