There are great couples and there are nice couples.  And then there is Dan and Andrea who take that to a whole other level.  From the moment I met them, I was excited about their wedding.

What a September!  Not only did I attend my first Iowa Bridal Show at the HyVee Conference Center Everything Bridal Show in Des Moines, but I had two sets of Invitation Consultations, one in Des Moines and one in Omaha.

The Fall Bridal Show season kicks off for dSy invitations this Sunday as I am setting up for my first Iowa bridal show.  I’ll be at the HyVee Conference Center Everything Bridal Show this Sunday, September 7 in Des Moines.

It’s been a crazy summer.  CRAY-ZEE!

Not only did I hit a record number of couples I designed for this year, I also moved to a new market!  Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Iowa City won’t know what hit them soon when it comes to wedding invitations.

Many of you may have seen the announcement, but in case you missed it, dSy invitations will be expanding our market to include Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Iowa City, Iowa!

Save the Dates are a great way to not only announce your engagement, but to let people know that they will be invited to your wedding (thus save the date to come to our big day).  I frequently get the question:

I’m getting a bit antsy.

July brides.  Yes you.  You are who I’m working on right now and I feel it’s going well!  But ya’ll are keeping me so busy that I haven’t had a chance to photograph any invitations from my April or May brides!

Most wedding vendors hit busy season for weddings…well, when there are actually weddings going on.  But for me, it’s now.
