Why did I wait so long to blog about this wedding? I felt this couple was family after they decided to postpone their June 2020 wedding. But you know what’s amazing? That this May 2021 Omaha wedding at The Players Club was just as beautiful a year later (as were their invitations).

Black and White Wedding Invitations
Nicole and Nick’s style was on pointe with the classic, black on white look I’ve been seeing. In fact, they were probably ahead of this trend but it caught up with them waiting a year to get married! You never can go wrong with a black belly band wrap around the invitation suite.

And what I truly love about these wedding invitations is the script font. In fact, the first version of these invitations (yes, they were printed in 2020) had a different script font. I love that Nicole wanted to make a small change. Hey…a bride has the right to change her mind after a pandemic!

For wedding day, we created ceremony programs, koozies, a seating chart, thank you cards and I helped them print their gorgeous guest book sketched drawing.

If Nicole and Nick were freaking out about postponing, it was hard to tell. I felt this couple knew they wanted to wait and have the celebration of their marriage they’ve been dreaming of. It’s been over a year since they got married (again, why did I wait so long?) and I love seeing their journey in life on Instagram and see their names pop up on place cards I print for other weddings.
