Outdoor ceremony. Late August. Nebraska.
There are couples who have a lot more guts than I do thinking they can pull off an outdoor wedding ceremony in Nebraska. I mean, in August, you can get anything from 100 degrees, 100% humidity, tornado warnings, gusty winds and who knows what else.
Madison and Mike found a perfect 77 degree August day. And that is as rare as it can come.

And their wedding, was as beautiful as it could come. A small outdoor ceremony was followed by a bigger party with all the family and friends at Heartland Country Barn in Fremont.

What I loved about this wedding? A few things. First, by creating custom wedding invitations, we were able to create two versions of the invitations…one for the small, private outdoor ceremony and one for the larger reception.

Second, I created these cute wooden table numbers that matched their rustic theme perfectly. I just sent the wood size order into my hubby, he cut and stained and boom…I put the numbers on.

Finally, this couple is well deserving. I won’t go into it much on my blog, but a few bumps happened on wedding day and after. When I found out about these bumps, I followed up with Madison about how they were handling it all (and if I could help). She just said that her and Mike are married and that’s the most important thing.

Pretty sure they’re set for life with that sort of thinking.
A big congrats to this couple.
