When I see photos of Megan and Ross’s wedding, I can’t help but think this is the type of wedding Megan had been dreaming about since she was 7 years old, or whenever little girls start dreaming about their wedding.  Beautiful bride, handsome groom, large beautiful church and every last detail was elegant perfection.

There are great couples and there are nice couples.  And then there is Dan and Andrea who take that to a whole other level.  From the moment I met them, I was excited about their wedding.

The Fall Bridal Show season kicks off for dSy invitations this Sunday as I am setting up for my first Iowa bridal show.  I’ll be at the HyVee Conference Center Everything Bridal Show this Sunday, September 7 in Des Moines.

I met Kayla and Jason around the time I was meeting so many other couples to talk about wedding invitations.  It would be easy to forget one idea to the next when you’re meeting with so many people,

There are last minute brides and there are organized brides.  And then there is a category I like to call “Katie”.  I first met Katie, and her sweet mom, July of last year.  In the invitation world, that’s a heck of a lot of time to get invitations designed.

Sometimes people are meant to be.  The universe collides to bring two people together who were just meant to be together.

Dana and Steven?  Probably them too, but I’m talking about the bride, Dana and myself.

One thing I like to let brides know that even if I don’t design your wedding invitations, there are still so many other pieces I can help you create.

I had the privilege of meeting Ally and her mom, Lynette last summer.  This mom/daughter duo had an image in mind for Ally’s June wedding and little did I know at the time, that they knew EXACTLY what they wanted.
