Classic Wedding Style at Omaha's Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel

If you know me, you know I love a classic wedding vibe. I also love working with amazing couples. So this 2021 wedding at the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel in Omaha was the perfect mix for me.

First off, if you haven't been to the Cottonwood Hotel, do yourself a favor a book a trip to Omaha to stay there. Or take a staycation if you're local. I had the pleasure of taking a night away last year (a little bday gift from the fam) and it was cozy and classy and so close to my favorite breakfast spot (I'm looking at you Early Bird).

Referrals are Appreciated - Always.

Back to the classic wedding and amazing couple. Samantha was referred to me by a mutual friend. And it was a great match. Samantha wanted something beautiful for her wedding invitations and when she saw a semi-custom design of mine, she fell in love. She's a make-decisions type of person and I appreciate that.

Semi-Custom Invites FTW

She picked Caitlin & Jared's invitations from 2020 with one little change. Instead of blush and mauve, Samantha and Terrell were going for more of a dusty light blue. Enter in the magic of photoshop and converting everything over to this color scheme.

Semi-custom invitations are great for that reason...you fall in love but maybe you need one change. Perfect...we make that change. And then we can create anything else to go with it. Samantha rented my gold frame table numbers for her reception, we designed some thank you cards and then some super cute napkins as well.

Bonus for me: our mutual friend was sending me sneak peek photos all night from the gorgeous wedding. I think I need to do that more!
