Mauve, blush, gold Nebraska Fall wedding. Throw in a beautiful couple (inside and out)…you have a perfect recipe for a wedding that will rank up as one of my top of 2020. These wedding invitations came together seamlessly and I wouldn’t have changed a thing.

There are those weddings every year that will define my year. In 2019, I felt I had a handful of those, and Emily & Isaac’s wedding in Lincoln, Nebraska was one of them.

With my process, I plan time in for multiple revisions, feedback and conversations with the bride & groom about the design of their wedding invitation. And a few times, that time is limited.

The day I met Lisa & Steve, they were headed to a Nebraska vs. Creighton basketball game. And if you know anything about this in-state rivalry…it’s just that…a rivalry.

In the middle of the winter months in Nebraska, I like to go through photos from the weddings of the past year and look at all the beautiful summer weddings.  The sunshine, the blue skies, the tan bodies…oh yes.

When I rebranded last year, I wanted to do something big to celebrate. I threw around a few ideas but I couldn’t pass one that kept jumping out at me. I’ve never done it before, but if I were going to, this was the time.
