Modern Style is Inspiration for Kansas City Wedding Invitations

Designing for sisters is fun. Alex’s wedding invitations were classic and inspired by the crisp colors of winter. So you can only imagine her sister would do almost the exact opposite: modern and neutral. For this Kansas City wedding, it was perfect.

Emma & Dillon’s wedding at The Bardot in Kansas City was the perfect backdrop to the modern style this couple wanted for their wedding day. Their wedding invitations set the tone. Square, cotton paper with letterpress embossing on all cards. These invitations were simplistic and beautiful. The gold wax seal on the envelope was the perfect touch as well.

The couple wanted wedding day details that showed their style and class as well. We created frosted acrylic table numbers, frosted acrylic welcome sign and a 7’ fabric seating chart. Oh, and I can’t forget the custom cigar wraps with their photo and wedding date. C’mon…how amazing is that?

As I work with more and more couples from around the Midwest, I know Kansas City will continue to grow on that list. And if I get photos from Felicia the Photographer down the road, I know I’m in for a real treat.

Enjoy these drop dead gorgeous photos of Emma & Dillon’s Kansas City wedding.
