Beautiful Wedding Details at Ohio's Sapphire Creek Winery & Gardens
Meticulous.It’s a word that sometimes gets a bad wrap. I mean, I picture someone who is overbearing and a control freak. But if you look at the definition it means:
Taking or showing extreme care about minute details; precise; thorough.
Oh yes. I found the perfect definition for Elizabeth. The details. She put her mind into the small little details for her wedding day and that’s something that is a gift.A lot of her details centered around their reception venue in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Since I couldn’t visit the Sapphire Creek Winery & Gardens, I had to look it up. And wow. What a beautiful place to have a wedding reception. Elizabeth & Nate especially loved the rustic yet sophisticated style of the venue. Me too.That set the tone for her invitations. As much time and care we put into these invites, I look at them and think nonchalant. They look so effortless and beautiful. Sometimes it takes hard work to get that look.We used her dusty blue and slate gray colors along with the greenery she wanted to bring into their wedding day for their invitations. And rose gold foil. Can I talk about how much that just made these invitations perfect?A few other things we designed for this great couple was their ceremony programs, menus, thank you cards and Elizabeth rented my gold frame table numbers, which had greenery within the panes. Insert all the heart eyes.One other feature I need to point out was her seating chart. She had a beautiful greenery display put together for the reception. What she needed from me was name cards. And these were fantastic as she purchased number charms for each name card and they were hung on the greenery wall. Again…the details.This couple was so fun to work with and it really sums up the relationships I form while designing wedding invitations.
